The facility, situated at Rüdesheimer Strasse 51, boasts a lettable area of nearly 20,000 square meters, has been operational since 1971, and expanded twice, in 1982 and 2001. Branicks, a prominent German real estate company known for managing significant office and logistics assets, emphasizes both profitability and sustainability.
