Branicks Group AG Completes Sale of SAP Tower in Eschborn
Frankfurt, 19 December 2025 – Branicks Group AG has finalized the sale of the SAP Tower in Eschborn. The transfer to an international investor is scheduled for January 2026. Both parties have opted not to reveal the purchase price.
The SAP Tower, completed in 2018, is centrally located at Frankfurter Straße 1-3 in Eschborn. Its strategic location offers excellent transport links to Frankfurt and the Rhine-Main area. The 9,100 square meter building, fully let, includes 302 parking spaces.
Branicks Group AG specializes in office and logistics real estate and has a vast network within the real estate market. The company also emphasizes sustainability, being highly ranked in ESG ratings and participating in global initiatives for responsible investment.
