Braskem Chooses OMP as Partner in Supply Chain Transformation

Braskem, the leading thermoplastic resin producer in the Americas, has initiated a strategic partnership with OMP, selecting their Unison PlanningTM solution for advanced supply chain planning. This collaboration marks a significant step in Braskem's digital transformation journey, initially focusing on their Brazilian operations. OMP's expertise will provide comprehensive support throughout this process.

The implementation aims at refining Braskem’s planning processes to ensure optimal operational performance across timing, grade, and volume. Leveraging automation and solver optimization, the initiative looks to enhance planner efficiency and supply chain visibility. Integrating operations planning with distribution requirements and material requirements planning is expected to boost agility, asset efficiency, and service levels.
