Britvic plc: ESOP Block Listing Interim Review

Britvic plc has released its six-monthly block listing return to the Financial Conduct Authority. The period covered is from 29 December 2023 to 28 June 2024. The company’s Executive Share Option Plan (ESOP) continues to hold a balance of 2,738,069 shares, the same as in the previous return.

No new securities have been issued or allotted during this period. The balance of shares not yet issued remains at 2,738,069. As of the end of the period, Britvic plc has a total of 248,906,262 securities in issue.
