Broadpeak launches share buyback program
On June 12, 2025, Broadpeak's general meeting approved a share buyback program. The company, located in Cesson-Sévigné, already held 47,454 treasury shares, representing 0.38% of its capital. The program authorizes the repurchase of 10% of the capital, or 1,254,168 shares, with a maximum price of €6 per share. The total amount allocated to this program is €7,525,008, excluding fees.
The program aims, among other things, to promote the liquidity of the shares and boost their price on the Euronext Growth Paris market. The buybacks may also be used for mergers or the allocation of shares to employees. This program has a maximum duration of 18 months, ending no later than December 12, 2026.
