Broadpeak publishes its figures on voting rights and shares

On June 5, 2025, Broadpeak, a video streaming solutions company, announced its monthly voting rights and share information. As of June 1, 2025, the total number of shares stands at 12,541,686. The theoretical total number of voting rights, which includes double voting rights, is 21,475,685. The actual number of voting rights, which excludes treasury shares, is 21,420,871. This publication is made pursuant to Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).
