Broadpeak Publishes First-Half 2024 Revenue
Broadpeak SA, a leader in video-streaming software, reported first-half 2024 revenue of €17.2 million, a 5% drop compared to €18.1 million in the same period of 2022. This decline is attributed to weak performance in the Asia-Pacific region, which saw sales plummet by 61.8% due to a high basis of comparison.
Conversely, the Americas region grew by 10.9%, achieving €8.3 million in sales, while the EMEA region increased by 3.6% to €7.6 million. The business mix showed a positive trend, with revenue from Licenses & Services and Maintenance & SaaS making up nearly 90% of the total.
Despite difficult market conditions, Broadpeak remains optimistic, reinforcing its annual targets and expecting a revenue rebound in the third quarter. The company plans to reduce costs through decreased use of external contractors, aiming for positive free cash flow in 2024.
