BROADPEAK SA: Description of the share buyback program approved by the general meeting of June 12, 2024

Broadpeak SA, based in Cesson-Sévigné, France, announces the details of its share repurchase program, approved by the General Meeting of June 12, 2024. This program aims to repurchase up to 10% of the capital, i.e. 1,254 .168 shares on the basis of 12,541,686 shares constituting the share capital, at a maximum price of 6 euros per share.

The program will allow Broadpeak to manage liquidity and boost its share price on Euronext Growth Paris. It will also be used to pay employees, carry out merger operations, or reduce the share capital by canceling shares.

The company currently holds 42,694 own shares representing 0.34% of the capital. The buyback program will end no later than December 12, 2025.
