BROADPEAK SA: Half-yearly review of the liquidity contract – 1st half of 2024
Cesson-Sévigné (France), July 3, 2024 - Broadpeak, specialist in software solutions dedicated to video streaming, has published its half-yearly report on the liquidity contract entrusted to TP ICAP (Europe). As of June 28, 2024, the liquidity account included 46,658 securities and 46,511.76 euros in cash.
During the first half of 2024, a total of 86,967 securities were purchased for 163,695.13 euros, with 397 transactions. At the same time, 85,929 securities were sold for an amount of 165,101.83 euros, via 332 transactions.
As a reminder, as of December 29, 2023, the liquidity account showed 45,620 securities and 25,951.36 euros in cash. When the contract was put in place on July 12, 2022, it included 200,000.00 euros in cash and no securities.
Broadpeak's upcoming financial dates include the release of second quarter 2024 revenue on July 24, 2024 and first half 2024 results on September 26, 2024.
