Broadpeak SA: Information on voting rights and shares as of August 31, 2024

Broadpeak SA, a company specializing in software solutions for video streaming, today published monthly information relating to the total number of voting rights and shares in its share capital, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations.

As of August 31, 2024, Broadpeak's share capital consists of 12,541,686 shares. The theoretical total number of voting rights, including double voting rights, is 21,472,470. The actual total number of voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, is 21,413,810.

Theoretical voting rights are calculated on all shares, including those without voting rights. Actual voting rights correspond to the rights exercisable at a general meeting.
