BROADPEAK SA: Share buyback program approved by the general meeting
On June 13, 2024, Broadpeak announced the approval of its new share buyback program by the general meeting of June 12, 2024. The company then held 42,694 shares, representing 0.34% of the capital.
The main features of the program include authorization to repurchase up to 10% of the share capital, or 1,254,168 shares. The maximum purchase price is set at 6 euros per share. The priority objectives are the liquidity of securities, payment or exchange in the context of merger operations, allocation to employees, exercise of rights attached to transferable securities and cancellation of repurchased shares.
The shares may be acquired by any means outside the public offer period, in compliance with regulations. The duration of the program is 18 months, expiring no later than December 12, 2025.
