Bureau Veritas Completes €500 Million Bond Issuance
Bureau Veritas, a leader in testing, inspection, and certification services, has successfully placed a €500 million bond with a maturity date in November 2031. The bond carries a coupon rate of 3.125% and was significantly oversubscribed, highlighting strong investor confidence in the company's business model and credit profile.
The issuance, which was assigned an A3 rating by Moody's, allows Bureau Veritas to leverage favorable market conditions for general corporate purposes and refinancing. The bonds will be traded on Euronext Paris starting November 15, 2024. BofA Securities and Société Générale led the coordination, supported by several major financial institutions.
