BYD Selects SAILUN EcoPoint3 Tyres for Yuan PLUS Model

On April 22, 2024, in Frankfurt, BYD announced the selection of SAILUN EcoPoint3 tyres as original equipment (OE) on their new model, the BYD Yuan PLUS. These tyres, sized 215/60R17 and 215/55R18, cater specifically to mid-to-high-end new energy vehicles (NEVs), promising to enhance various aspects of the driving experience. This improvement includes increased vehicle range, wear resistance, safety, handling, and noise reduction.

SAILUN has been a tyre supplier for BYD since 2023, focusing on innovation and the development of EcoPoint3 technology. This collaboration aims to enhance driving safety, environmental sustainability, and intelligent mobility solutions in line with BYD's commitment to pioneering in the NEV market.
