C Capital Holdings AG Unifies Brand with Name Change
Effective June 26, 2026, Youngtimers AG, listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange as YTME, has officially been renamed C Capital Holdings AG. The company’s shares will now trade under the ticker symbol CCAP. This strategic name change aligns the holding parent with its subsidiary, C Capital Group, enhancing market recognition without altering the company’s core qualifications or shareholder rights.
The rebranding underscores C Capital's emphasis on asset management within the Asia-Pacific region. Historically, Youngtimers AG operated with various subsidiaries. Now, as C Capital, it positions itself as a premier global asset management entity, facilitating capital flow across Asia-Pacific markets.
Chairman and CEO Ben Cheng articulated that the new identity aligns with C Capital's vision and long-term ambitions to become a strategic conduit for global investments in the region. As the company embarks on a new growth phase, it will leverage its Swiss-listed status to unlock additional opportunities, focusing on advanced manufacturing and frontier technologies.
