Cabasse strengthens its capital with an increase reserved for VEOM Group
On August 20, 2025, Cabasse, a company specializing in luxury high-fidelity audio, announced a capital increase of €89,000, partially converting VEOM Group's current account receivable into shares. This transaction, approved on August 14 by the Board of Directors, aims to issue 2,110,765 new shares at a unit price of €0.0422, reserved exclusively for VEOM Group.
The main objective is to consolidate the participation of VEOM Group, a historic shareholder of Cabasse, in order to ensure the quorum at the Extraordinary General Meeting of August 29, 2025 and to discuss crucial decisions for the continuity of the company's activities.
No prospectus is required for this transaction, thus concentrating subscription rights exclusively towards VEOM Group, which sees its stake increase to 30.34% of the capital.
