Cairn Homes Executes Share Buyback on Euronext Dublin and London Stock Exchange

Cairn Homes Plc has announced the completion of a share buyback operation on October 3, 2024. The company purchased 96,737 ordinary shares across Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange. Specifically, 75,000 shares were acquired on Euronext Dublin, while 21,737 shares were transacted on the London Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging from €1.9700 to €1.9900 on Euronext Dublin and from £1.6660 to £1.6700 on the London Stock Exchange.

This action is part of Cairn Homes’ previously declared share buyback programme from July 2024. All repurchased shares will be canceled, reducing the total number of ordinary shares to 630,623,316, each holding one voting right. The firm retains no shares in treasury post-transaction.
