Cairn Homes Plc announces share transaction

On February 28, 2024, Cairn Homes Plc (the "Company") announced that it had purchased 220,000 of its own ordinary shares of EUR 0.001 each on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange on February 27, 2024. This operation is part of the share buyback program announced on March 3, 2023. The shares acquired will be canceled.

The purchase is divided between 120,000 shares on Euronext Dublin at a weighted average price of 1.482544 EUR and 100,000 shares on the London Stock Exchange at a weighted average price of 1.269592 GBP. Following this transaction, the total number of ordinary shares of the Company in circulation will be 648,441,542, each carrying the right to one vote and the Company holding no treasury shares.
