In accordance with Regulation 20 of the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007, as amended, the company confirms that the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue as at 2 September 2024, is 636,642,951. Each share carries one vote, resulting in 636,642,951 total voting rights.
