Cairn Homes Plc Announces Total Voting Rights
Dublin/London, 4 June 2024: Cairn Homes Plc (Euronext Dublin/LSE: CRN) has announced the total number of voting rights associated with its shares. In accordance with Regulation 20 of the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007, the total number of ordinary shares issued as of 3 June 2024 is 645,385,802.
Each ordinary share carries one vote, bringing the total number of voting rights to 645,385,802. The company clarified that it does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury, and shareholders should use this figure for determining if notification of their interest is required under applicable regulations.
