Cairn Homes Plc: Block Listing Interim Review

Cairn Homes Plc has released its six-monthly return for the block listing of securities. The return covers the period from 8 February 2024 to 7 August 2024. Under the Share Option Agreement, the company began with 300,000 unallotted securities. During this period, 200,000 securities were issued, leaving a balance of 100,000 unallotted securities.
