Cairn Homes Plc: Share Buyback Update

Cairn Homes Plc recently executed a share buyback program, repurchasing 300,000 ordinary shares on 28 November 2024. These shares, valued at EUR 0.001 each, were acquired on both Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through their broker, Deutsche Numis.

Specifically, 200,000 shares were bought on Euronext Dublin, while 100,000 shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange. The highest and lowest prices paid per share on Euronext were €2.075 and €2.055 respectively, with the average price being €2.066222.
