Dublin/London, 1 August 2024: Cairn Homes Plc, in conformity with Regulation 20 of the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007, announces the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue as of 31 July 2024. The Company currently has 639,812,999 Ordinary Shares of €0.001 each. Each share carries one vote, making the total number of voting rights 639,812,999. The Company holds no shares in treasury.

Shareholders may use this figure of 639,812,999 as a denominator when calculating their required notifications of interest or changes to their interest in the Company as per the Transparency Directive and the Central Bank's rules on Investment Market Conduct.
