Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares
On 15 August 2024, Cairn Homes plc purchased 200,000 of its ordinary shares, each valued at EUR 0.001. The transaction took place on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through Goodbody Stockbrokers. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.
On Euronext Dublin, 150,000 shares were bought with prices ranging from €1.8340 to €1.8520 and a volume weighted average price of €1.8472. On the London Stock Exchange, 50,000 shares were acquired with prices between £1.5720 and £1.5860 and a volume weighted average price of £1.5807. These transactions fall under Cairn Homes' share buyback programme announced on 3 July 2024.
Following this transaction, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 638,054,260. Cairn Homes holds no shares in treasury. Further detailed trade information is provided as per Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
