Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares
Cairn Homes plc (the “Company”) announced the purchase of 494,479 ordinary shares on 12 September 2024. The acquisitions occurred on both Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange via Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. The repurchased shares will be canceled.
The Company bought 294,479 shares on Euronext Dublin at prices ranging from €1.8160 to €1.8460. An additional 200,000 shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange at prices between £1.5360 and £1.5580.
This transaction is part of the share buyback programme announced on 3 July 2024. Following these actions, Cairn Homes plc will have 633,856,012 ordinary shares in issue with each share carrying one vote. The Company holds no shares in treasury.
