Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares
Cairn Homes Plc announced it purchased 500,000 of its ordinary shares on 11 September 2024. The transaction took place on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange via Goodbody Stockbrokers UC, and the repurchased shares will be cancelled.
The breakdown of the purchase includes 300,000 shares on Euronext Dublin and 200,000 shares on the London Stock Exchange. The highest and lowest prices paid per share were €1.8620 and €1.8380 for Euronext Dublin, and £1.5700 and £1.5520 for the London Stock Exchange.
This buyback is part of the company's share repurchase programme started on 3 July 2024. Post-cancellation, Cairn Homes' total shares in issue will be 634,350,491, each carrying one vote. The company holds no shares in treasury.
