Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares

Cairn Homes Plc announced on 24 June 2024 that it has repurchased a total of 215,409 ordinary shares. The shares, each valued at EUR 0.001, were bought on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange, facilitated by Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. These repurchased shares will be cancelled.

On Euronext Dublin, the company bought 170,000 shares with a highest price of €1.6600 and a lowest price of €1.6440. On the London Stock Exchange, 45,409 shares were purchased with a highest price of £1.4040 and a lowest price of £1.3880. The volume-weighted average prices were €1.6500 and £1.3938 respectively.

These purchases are part of Cairn Homes' share buyback programme initiated on 3 March 2023. Following this transaction, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 643,269,332, each carrying one vote. The company holds no shares in treasury.
