Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares
Cairn Homes Plc announced that it purchased a total of 225,000 ordinary shares on 5 July 2024. The shares, valued at €0.001 each, were bought on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through the broker Goodbody Stockbrokers UC.
The breakdown shows 170,000 shares purchased on Euronext Dublin and 55,000 on the London Stock Exchange. The highest price paid per share was €1.7760 and £1.5000, respectively. The repurchased shares will be cancelled as part of the company's share buyback program announced on 3 July 2024.
Post-settlement, the company will have 641,806,325 ordinary shares in issue. Each share carries one vote. Cairn Homes holds no shares in treasury.
