Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations Updates Base Prospectus Following S&P Downgrade
The Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) has issued a supplement to its base prospectus dated April 9, 2024. This supplement, approved on June 6, 2024, by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), follows the downgrade of the CDC's programme rating by S&P Global Ratings from AA to AA-.
The €1.5 billion Titres Négociables à Moyen Terme Admission Programme remains rated AA- by Fitch and Aa2 by Moody's. The supplement modifies the base prospectus to reflect these changes.
No other significant new factor, material omission, or inaccuracy has been identified in the base prospectus since its publication. The supplemented documents are available on the CDC and AMF websites.
