Caldwell Partners Announces Election of Directors and Auditor Appointment

Caldwell Partners International (TSX:CWL) held its Annual Meeting of shareholders on February 6, 2025, in Toronto. Out of 56 shareholders voting by proxy, a total of 14,982,150 voting common shares were represented, accounting for 50.69% of the total outstanding shares.

Each director nominee listed in the January 2, 2025 management proxy circular was elected to serve until the next Annual Meeting. The elected directors include C. Christopher Beck, Terry Grayson-Caprio, Darcy D. Morris, John N. Wallace, John Young, Richard W. Pehlke, and Rosemary Zigrossi, all receiving strong approval percentages.
