Callahan Construction to Oversee New City Shopping Center Renovations in Rockland County
Callahan Construction Managers, a full-service construction management company, announced its New York office will supervise the comprehensive renovation of the New City Shopping Center in New City, NY. The upgrades will deliver a 21st-century shopping experience.
The shopping center, established in 1989, serves the Clarkstown community with various stores, restaurants, and services. The renovation aims to make it the premier retail destination in the area.
Construction will occur in phases over the next six months to minimize disruptions. The center will remain open, and businesses will operate as usual. Renovations include structural, aesthetic improvements, new landscaping, updated lighting, and modernized storefronts. Inserra Supermarket's New City Shoprite will also receive interior upgrades.
