Canada's Morpheus.Network (MNW) Selected to Provide Electronic Certificates of Origin MVP for the Mongolia National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI)

The Mongolia National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI) is set to revolutionize the issuance of Certificates of Origins (COOs) via Blockchain technology. Funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), this initiative aims to address inefficiencies and fraud linked to paper-based COOs.

Morpheus.Network, a Canadian firm specializing in blockchain solutions, has been selected to deliver this project. From April to November 2023, Morpheus.Network successfully developed a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that digitizes, tracks, and manages COOs on the Blockchain. This innovation ensures security, efficiency, and authenticity of COOs, making the process more streamlined and reliable.

This blockchain-powered solution provides an immutable record and integrates seamlessly with MNCCI’s existing systems, minimizing operational disruptions. Despite the challenges, Morpheus.Network delivered the solution within the required timeframe and budget, showcasing their expertise and adaptability. MNCCI looks forward to expanding this solution in partnership with international donor organizations.
