Cancellation of LDC's reserved capital increase

The LDC Group has announced the cancellation of its reserved capital increase project, initially planned for the company SOCCAD 2. This decision comes after the postponement decided by SOCCAD 2 due to uncertainties related to the Finance Act for 2025. The capital increase was intended for employees of the LDC group, grouped within SOCCAD 2. These tax uncertainties have compromised the subscription of salaried executives to the operation.
Faced with this situation, the LDC Management Board has decided not to pursue the project. The group, which is well established in Europe, had announced this initiative on March 4, 2025. This cancellation therefore modifies the initial plans to strengthen employee shareholding through SOCCAD 2.
