Cancellation of Remaining Shares and Delisting of Crealogix Holding AG
Crealogix Holding AG has declared that the Commercial Court of the Canton of Zurich has annulled all remaining publicly held registered shares. Each share has a nominal value of CHF 8.00. The decision is now legally effective and published in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce and the Neue Zürcher Zeitung.
SIX Exchange Regulation AG has set the last trading day and delisting date for Crealogix shares. The last trading day will be on 7 November 2024, with the delisting occurring on 8 November 2024.
Holders of the canceled shares will receive CHF 60 per share. This compensation will be paid on 25 September 2024. Trading of Crealogix shares on the SIX Swiss Exchange will be suspended from 23 to 25 September 2024.
