CANCOM SE Completes Voluntary Public Share Buyback Offer 2024
Munich, Germany, 29 July 2024 - CANCOM SE successfully concluded its voluntary public share buyback offer for 2024. By the end of the acceptance period on 24 July, the company received tenders for a total of 4,598,649 shares. The original offer aimed to acquire up to 3,501,705 shares, representing 10% of the company's share capital, at a price of EUR 33.00 per share.
The number of shares tendered exceeded the maximum amount specified in the buyback offer. As a result, a proportional allocation was implemented with an approximate allocation ratio of 76.15%, rounded down to the nearest full share. Settlement of the tendered shares and payment to custodian banks are scheduled for 1 August 2024. Shares not included in the allocation will revert to their original identifiers.
