CANCOM SE Extends CEO Contract to Ensure Leadership Continuity
CANCOM SE's Supervisory Board has extended the contract of CEO Rüdiger Rath until December 31, 2029. Rath joined the Executive Board in October 2021 and became CEO in November 2022. This decision aims to maintain stability at the leadership level, complemented by CFO Thomas Stark.
Chairman Klaus Weinmann expressed confidence in Rath's continued leadership during these pivotal times. Rath, alongside Stark and the CANCOM team, will focus on executing growth strategies, enhancing profitability, and meeting client demands in artificial intelligence and digital resilience.
CANCOM, based in Munich, is a Digital Business Provider offering IT solutions, managed services, cloud services, and specializing in areas like AI and IoT. In 2024, CANCOM generated approximately €1.7 billion in revenue.
