Canex Metals Announces Board Election Results at Annual Meeting

CANEX Metals Inc. has announced the re-election of Shane Ebert, Jean-Pierre Jutras, Lesley Hayes, Gregory Hanks, and Blair Schultz to its Board of Directors. At the Annual & Special Meeting held on October 30, 2025, shareholders also approved fixing the number of directors at five. BDO Canada LLP was appointed as auditors, and Canex's stock option plan was ratified.
