CANEX Metals Inc. Reports High-Grade Gold Results at Gold Range Project
Calgary-based CANEX Metals Inc. has announced promising results from its surface sampling program at the Gold Range Project in Arizona. The program, completed in March, revealed multiple new zones of high-grade gold mineralization.
Key findings include a surface chip sample in the eastern part of the property, which returned 19.4 g/t gold over 3 metres. Additionally, a new high-grade zone was identified 300 metres north of the Excelsior deposit, yielding 11.2 g/t gold from a grab sample.
The WestGold target zone has also been significantly expanded. Mapping has extended the target area to 800 metres by 400 metres, making it the largest exploration target on the property. Grab samples from this zone returned up to 6.67 g/t gold.
The March field program highlights the potential for additional exploration at Gold Range, with new bulk tonnage and high-grade targets identified. The WestGold zone is fully permitted and ready for drill testing as market conditions improve.
