CAPELLI and SOGEPROM carry out an institutional sale of 52 homes in Sallanches

In a partnership between SOGEPROM and CAPELLI, the “Le Clos des Baz” residence, located in Sallanches in Haute-Savoie, made up of 52 housing units, is now a reality. This operation is marked by a secure block sale to Dynacité, the public housing office of Ain, strengthening the supply of social housing in the region.

The program, located on a plot of 3,800 m^2, is divided into 16 social rental housing units and 36 intermediate housing units, offering below-market rents. This configuration aims to facilitate access to housing for the middle classes and young workers. Each unit benefits from a balcony or terrace, part of an approach to quality and integration into the natural environment with an emphasis on green spaces.

The project, highlighting the first collaboration between CAPELLI and Dynacité, takes place in a tense context in the real estate market, marked by a shortage of new housing. The satisfaction of concluding this partnership with SOGEPROM and Dynacité is expressed by Grégory Gaume, Associate General Director Center-East of CAPELLI, highlighting the commitment of the actors involved in this crucial development for the region.
