Capgemini completes acquisition of WNS to strengthen its leadership in agentic AI
Capgemini has completed the acquisition of WNS, strengthening its position in the field of Intelligent Operations powered by agentic AI. This strategic move aims to transform its clients' business processes through the combined expertise of both companies. Aiman Ezzat, CEO of Capgemini, emphasized that the integration of WNS's industry platforms with Capgemini's technological expertise will redefine business operations.
The total acquisition value is $3.3 billion. To finance this transaction, Capgemini successfully issued a €4 billion bond. WNS will be consolidated into Capgemini's accounts from the date the acquisition is finalized. This alliance opens new perspectives for offering innovative solutions to businesses in the era of generative AI.
