Capgemini Releases Bond Prospectus
Capgemini, listed on Euronext Paris as CAP, has announced the publication of its bond prospectus, approved by the French financial authority with visa number 25-379. The issuance includes multiple tranches aimed at raising substantial capital. The first tranche involves €1 billion notes with a 2-year maturity and a floating interest rate of 3-month Euribor plus 0.30%. A second tranche offers €500 million with a 3-year maturity at a 2.50% coupon rate.
Additionally, Capgemini issues €1.25 billion notes with a 6-year maturity at a 3.125% coupon. The final tranche comprises €1.25 billion notes with a 9-year maturity and a 3.50% coupon.
