Capgemini General Meeting: results and new appointments

On May 7, 2025, Capgemini SE held its Annual General Meeting at the Pavillon Gabriel in Paris. Shareholders approved all resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors, including a dividend of €3.40 per share for the 2024 financial year, with payment scheduled for May 22, 2025. The terms of office of Mr. Patrick Pouyanné and Mr. Kurt Sievers, independent directors, were renewed. Mr. Jean-Marc Chéry, CEO of STMicroelectronics, was appointed to the Board of Directors for four years, recognized as independent by the AFEP-MEDEF Code.
The Board now has 15 members, 83% of whom are independent, 40% of whom have an international background, and 42% of whom are women. The General Meeting also approved the compensation paid to Mr. Paul Hermelin and Mr. Aiman Ezzat for 2024. All proposed statutory amendments and financial delegations were adopted.
