Capital Group Increases Its Stake in Valeo
On May 9, 2024, Los Angeles-based The Capital Group Companies, Inc. officially increased its stake in Valeo, crossing the 5% threshold. After this acquisition, the company now holds 5.12% of the capital and 4.57% of the voting rights of Valeo.
This transaction, which resulted from the purchase of shares on the market, was communicated to the Valeo company on May 7, 2024. The Capital Group acts as an investment advisor for various funds, including the positions of Capital Research and Management Company and Capital Group International Inc.
