Capital increase of 37.6 million euros for the Etablissements ORIA Group
The ORIA Establishments Group has completed a capital increase of 37.6 million euros, fully subscribed by CAPSSA. This transaction values the group at 156.6 million euros post-money. Founder Stéphane ORIA remains the majority shareholder with 75.4% of the capital.
Founded 12 years ago, the ORIA Group specializes in the production and operation of affordable residential housing. It is structured around two main areas: real estate development via its subsidiary UNITI, and the operation of managed residences with AQUARELIA and HUP.
Employing more than 250 employees, the group is showing strong growth, with a turnover of nearly 170 million euros in 2023. This capital increase strengthens its financial resources and paves the way for new banking partnerships.
The creation of a strategic committee with representatives from CAPSSA and new governance rules will accompany this operation. Stéphane ORIA says he is delighted to welcome CAPSSA, highlighting the value creation potential of this partnership.
