Capital Increase Through Exercise of Subscription Rights
Brussels, 28 June 2024 - Recticel has announced a capital increase following the exercise of subscription rights. On 28 June 2024, subscription rights were exercised for various warrant plans issued between 2016 and 2020. This led to the issuance of 122,500 new ordinary shares. These shares will be admitted for trading on Euronext Brussels starting on 2 July 2024.
As a result, Recticel's total subscribed capital has risen from EUR 140,939,800 to EUR 141,246,050. The total number of shares with voting rights has increased from 56,375,920 to 56,498,420. Outstanding subscription rights have decreased from 2,380,000 to 2,257,500.
