Capital reduction and share consolidation at Acheter-Louer.fr

Acheter-Louer.fr has completed the consolidation of its shares, effective since October 31, 2024. The old shares of 0.0020 euros were exchanged for new ones at 20 euros, with withdrawal from the market on October 30. The ALALO code remains unchanged.

The shares not individually allocated will be sold en bloc as of November 5, with the proceeds of the sale expected to be available within 30 days. A reduction in share capital, motivated by losses, has been enacted, decreasing the nominal value from 20 to 0.112 euros. This measure aims to maintain future financial flexibility. The share capital is now 37,220.736 euros, spread over 332,328 shares.
