FRIWO Reports Operational Gains and One-Off Effects in H1 2025

In the first half of 2025, FRIWO AG demonstrated an upward trend in operations despite challenging economic conditions. The company recorded a 7.1% increase in order intake, reaching 46.8 million euros. While group revenue nearly matched last year’s, reported EBIT surged to 11.9 million euros, largely due to the sale of an Indian joint venture. In contrast, the comparable adjusted result stood at -1.0 million euros.

FRIWO is on track to meet its annual goals, aiming for consolidated revenue between 75 and 90 million euros and a balanced operating result. Medium-term targets remain focused on high single-digit revenue growth and an EBIT margin exceeding 5%. The company completed its financial restructuring, significantly improving its equity ratio to 14.8% and expects further enhancement following asset sales.

Strategically, FRIWO is investing in expanding as a leading power supply solution provider, restructuring its sales organization to accelerate international growth, particularly in North America and Asia.
