Carmila, a public limited company with a capital of 854,646,438 euros, has published information concerning its share capital and voting rights. In accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, Carmila has disclosed the following data as of July 31, 2024: the number of shares comprising the share capital amounts to 142,441,073. The actual number of voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, is 142,344,731. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, is identical to the total number of shares, i.e. 142,441,073.
