Carrefour's Voting Rights and Shares Update as of May 2024

Carrefour, a French société anonyme with a share capital of €1,729,866,265, has released information concerning its total number of voting rights and shares. This update, provided pursuant to article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the French financial market authority, reflects data effective as of 31 May 2024.
