Catherine Pourre appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Groupe Beneteau
Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, June 4, 2024. The General Meeting of the Beneteau Group was held today in the presence of shareholders. Following this meeting, the Board of Directors elected Catherine Pourre as President.
Catherine Pourre succeeds Yves Lyon-Caen, saluting his work over the last twenty years. She says she is honored to take on this role as the Group celebrates its 140th anniversary. The Board also renewed Louis-Claude Roux as Vice-President.
Various other positions within specialized committees have been confirmed: Louis-Claude Roux remains Chairman of the Strategic Committee, Sébastien Moynot takes the head of the CSR Committee, while Catherine Pourre chairs the Audit and Risks Committee, and Marie-Hélène Dick the Remuneration Committee , Appointments and Governance.
A member of Beneteau's governance bodies since 2014, Catherine Pourre has a career rich in experience at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, and Unibail-Rodamco. Currently, she is also a member of the Board of Directors of SEB SA and the Supervisory Board of Unibail Rodamco Westfield NV.
