CCL Industries to Acquire Sleever International

On March 13, 2026, CCL Industries Inc. announced it will acquire Sleever International Company SA. The deal includes Sleever's subsidiaries and related companies, enhancing CCL's offerings in shrink sleeve labels and services. Sleever, a family-owned entity, operates 11 manufacturing facilities across eight countries, generating approximately $213 million in sales with an 11.1% adjusted EBITDA margin in 2025. The acquisition, valued at approximately $151 million, comprises a combination of cash and assumed net debt, pending customary adjustments.

The transaction is expected to conclude by mid-2026. Geoffrey T. Martin, CEO of CCL, expressed optimism about integrating Sleever's 900 employees and increasing EBITDA margins. Eric Fresnel, Sleever's principal shareholder, will remain in an advisory role. Forward-looking statements highlight potential uncertainties and risks involved in the acquisition.
